		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s not as much an issue of &quot;introducing&quot; new techniques, but more one of insisting that players AVOID the &#039;Bounty&#039; ATTITUDE of  decommissioning quarterbacks with excessively aggressive &amp; untimely (Jay Cutler) hits, especially when one has obviously shown himself to to have &#039;surrendered&#039; by sliding down &amp; a simple &quot;down-by-contact&quot; gesture suffices.

Considering measures beyond a roughing penalty should include IMMEDIATE EXPULSION, as well as FINES for flagrant infractions,  Then, hopefully, that culture will be taken more seriously &amp; change as it is UNIVERSALLY admonished.
