Ask Teddy Football
Posted by on September 1, 2011 – 4:32 PMWe’re at Qualcomm Stadium for the 49ers final preseason game before the season opener on September.
Once again, I’ll be talking to our radio broadcaster Ted Robinson about 90 minutes before kickoff. Leave your questions for Ted in the comments section and I’ll ask him a few during our “Teddy Football” segment.

Hey Scotty and Teddy-
Of the new Forty Niners free agents, which one do you think will have the most impact through out the season?
Thanks

Obviously most of us can’t watch the practices, all we get to see are the preseason games. How is the offense acclimating to the west coast offense on the whole?

I apologize if this is an often asked question. I hear lots of players and media types saying the team is being vanilla and saving the real schemes and twists for the regular season. My question is, based on how poorly the team has executed the vanilla schemes in the pre-season is the team perhaps better off keeping it simple to start the season rather than using stuff they’ve only seen in the controlled environment known as practice? And if so do you think they will?
